Fresh Hop Eagle Cap IPA
When we say fresh hop, we mean it. The citra hops used were picked by Carpenter ranch in the Yakima Valley early in the morning, then we came and grabbed the hops at 7:30am to drive ‘em down across the Washington/Oregon border. 100lbs were put into our brew by 12:00pm and made our highest selling beer even better. Taste for yourself, for a very limited time.
Profile: A brighter, bolder, and fresher version of Eagle Cap IPA. A lighter malt profile lets the citra hops blast your palette in the form of citrus and a slightly grassy flavor, rather than the usual bitterness in Eagle Cap IPA.
