Hop Vault is a series of rotating IPA’s which give our brewers a chance to dive deep into the wonderful and eclectic world of hops.
Profile: The second beer in the series, Hop Vault No.2 is an emerging sub-style in the craft beer world: Cold IPA. Brewed with a light malt bill and lager yeast, it is made to be crisp and refreshing and let the hops shine. Notice a refreshing, clean body from corn and pale malt, bursting aromas of fresh melon and orange aromas, and a gentle bitterness.
ABV: 6.4%
