Join the crew! We are looking for a confident, outgoing host for our brewpub this summer. Our ideal candidate is a friendly and positive communicator who has a passion for customer service. Bring your good vibes! This role is part time, with the opportunity to become full-time this summer.
THE DAY TO DAY
Greet customers as they arrive at the brewpub and seat them at their table
Manage flow of people arriving for reservations and walk-ins
Answer phone calls for reservations
Answer customer questions and provide excellent customer service wherever needed
Gain work experience as a part of a cohesive team.
ABOUT YOU
Outgoing with a passion for customer service
Interpersonal skills, and the ability to collaborate and communicate with both customers and coworkers
Problem solving skills
Punctual
REQUIREMENTS
Food Handlers Permit within 30 days of hire, OLCC Server’s Permit within 45 days of hire
Ability and stamina to spend an extended amount of time on your feet
